You need to familiar with the signal terms before you start using them. Anyway the terms are easy to follow, just like any other.
S - SELL/SHORT
B - BUY/LONG
SL - Stop Loss
T - Target
CMP - Current Market Price
You'll get signals in the form,
B USDJPY@113.91 SL 113.80 T 114.07
